This exhibit showcased the work of emerging and established artists creating across a wide variety of mediums. Asked to submit their best landscapes, both real and imagined, Michigan artists presented nearly 200 pieces for consideration to the exhibition committee. After a a week-long jury process, sixty-six pieces from forty-nine artists were selected for inclusion in the exhibit.
An opening reception was held on April 1st from 4-7 pm, where visitors were invited to explore mountains, rivers, forests and more as they delved into the many creative ways that artists depict this timeless art subject.
The exhibit and reception were free and open to the public. From April 2 – 29, the exhibit was be open during regular PCCA business hours.
