Dear PCCA Artists,
I hope this note finds you well and in good spirits as we continue to navigate our ever changing landscape.
All of us at PCCA thank you for your continued support of our non-profit organization as we attempt to make appropriate changes to PCCA’s Spring term following the Stay Home, Stay Safe order.
In compliance with the order, PCCA’s Spring term cannot begin on April 6th as previously scheduled and advertised. We plan to be back in the office assisting students with registrations when the order lifts on April 13th, and are preparing for the Spring term to begin on April 27th.
The end dates of the term will remain the same, making this a six week term. We will proportionally adjust the originally published cost to reflect the shortened term.
If you have already registered for Spring term, the appropriate difference will be applied as a credit to your account. We hope that you will understand and agree that transferring this excess into class credits is an important measure we can take to help ensure PCCA’s sustainability through this public health crisis. However, we recognize that resources may also be tight for many of our students and we will honor our standard refund policy for those requests received at least one week before the new term dates begin.
Date and price adjustments have already been applied to our website including class registration webpages. If you would like to register for the Spring term, please click here: https://www.pccart.org/art-school/catalog/.
Thus far, no changes have been made to our Summer Camp programming.
We look forward to when we are able to return to a sense of normalcy and can continue to share our love for the visual arts with each and every one of you.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to PCCA!
Artistically Yours,
Nafeesah Symonette, M.A.
