Participants are given a blank skateboard deck to use as their canvas; any medium is acceptable for 2 and 3-dimensional pieces. Categories include: Elementary\, Middle\, High School\, College & Adult. Pieces are judged\, and prizes given\, within each category. \nCompleted artwork will be placed on display throughout businesses in the downtown Rochester shopping district for onlookers to enjoy while strolling in and out of stores admiring the uniquely designed pieces of artwork. \nMay 19 & 20 5:00-9:00pm \nThe Thursday Night Kickoff will include a sneak peek at Deck Art 2016 entries as well as family and kids’ activities\, musical entertainment and more!
