This class is for students of all skill levels. Emphasis will be placed on hand building and wheel throwing techniques. Advanced students can work with the instructor to pursue projects based on interest and skill level.
This class is for young people who love drawing! Students will be introduced to various materials including charcoal, pen, pastel, ink, colored pencil and other media. Focus will be on building skills along with understanding the potential of each media. Creative expression and fun will be encouraged!
Students with beginning ceramic experience will have the opportunity to carry out their own project ideas in this class. With an emphasis on critical thinking and problem solving, students will learn the processes necessary to create a ceramic object from concept to finished piece.
