Have you ever wanted to paint your favorite city's sky line or maybe an ideal main street scene? This class will focus on painting the city scape as a landscape. Topics will include perspective, composition, color and form. Students may choose to use acrylic or oil paint.

This class is for students of all skill levels. Emphasis will be placed on hand building and wheel throwing techniques. Advanced students can work with the instructor to pursue projects based on interest and skill level.

This class is for young people who love drawing! Students will be introduced to various materials including charcoal, pen, pastel, ink, colored pencil and other media. Focus will be on building skills along with understanding the potential of each media. Creative expression and fun will be encouraged!

Students with beginning ceramic experience will have the opportunity to carry out their own project ideas in this class. With an emphasis on critical thinking and problem solving, students will learn the processes necessary to create a ceramic object from concept to finished piece.

Young children learn through play and creative activity. In this class, your preschooler will learn the names of colors, shapes and famous artists as they gain new skills and confidence through self expression. Open to ages 3 and 4. Students must be potty trained to participate.

This class will focus on creating paintings that are 40"x 50" or larger. Emphasis will be placed on proportion, scale, texture and color as it applies to larger than life imagery. Students in this class will learn painting techniques by experimenting with color, brush strokes, paint application and composition. Students will work with watercolors, tempera and acrylic paint as they learn about famous painters each week.
